How to access your Uphold® account
To sign in to your Uphold® account, go to the official login page: uphold.com/login. Use the email address registered with your account and your password. You can also access your funds and trading features through the Uphold® Live App on mobile devices — available via your device’s app store.
Once logged in you can use Uphold® Exchange to convert between crypto, fiat, and precious metals, view transaction history, and manage deposits and withdrawals.
Troubleshooting common Uphold® login issues
Uphold® Login not working / Unable to login Uphold®
If the login form refuses your credentials, first double-check your email and password for typos and try a private browser window. Clear your browser cache or try another browser or device. If you still can’t log in, use the password reset flow on the login page.
Error connecting Uphold® account & Uphold® app not working
Connection errors often come from network restrictions, VPNs, firewalls, or browser extensions. Disable VPNs, turn off ad-blocking extensions, and ensure your network allows HTTPS traffic. On mobile, update the Uphold® Live App or reinstall it if crashes continue.
Can’t verify Uphold® wallet / Uphold® error decline
Verification fails when documents are blurred, expired, or mismatch your account details. Upload clear, valid ID documents and ensure the name and address match your submitted information. Transaction declines can be caused by verification status, insufficient funds, or limits — check your account notifications for precise reasons.
